Damaged or defective goods
We know how frustrating this situation can be so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email or chat in case your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once we confirm the item was defective. You can then request for us to issue a refund or to ship a new item. Please complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date. There is no need to return the item!
As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order. We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.
